John Grimwade – Managing Director
John is the Managing Director and founder of JDP. He is recognised nationally as a leading authority on legal recruitment and he advises specifically in respect of strategic lateral hires, team acquisitions and mergers. He has an extensive network of personal contacts and a wealth of experience.
Outside of work John enjoys shooting, fly fishing and skiing.
Paulene McCaul – Consultant
Paulene read Law at Trinity College Dublin and is a founding director of JDP. She advises law firm clients on senior appointments, lateral hires and recruitment strategy across a range of specialisations. She is respected for providing honest counsel to clients and candidates alike.
Outside of work Paulene enjoys theatre, choral singing and entertaining.
Maurice Webster – Consultant
Maurice studied Law and Sociology at Warwick University and is a founding director of JDP. He has successfully undertaken search assignments for a large number of UK and US firms since 1988 and has developed and maintained a strong rapport with both key clients and candidates over the last 25 years.
Outside of work Maurice has an interest in watches and clocks, is a keen photographer and a dedicated road cyclist.
